Why can’t I link my other debit card to my account? I used to be able to.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are currently unable to support Instant Transfers into Spending Accounts. 

In the meantime, you can use your account and routing number to initiate an ACH transfer from an external bank account to your Spending Account or use a service like Venmo to transfer funds.  

We'll be sure to let you know when the feature is available again.
